Beta Disclaimer

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Combifi's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Combifi's application and services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you are prohibited from:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the software
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person
  • You must not share offensive, abusive, or fraudulent content.
  • Share payment information that result in money transfer our from user's own financial account
  • Abuse the app or websites with bots or scripted automations to exploit the web resource and cause distruption to other user.
  • Attempt in anyway to retrieve data of other users which the app or website does not intend to show to the current user.

3. Disclaimer

Combifi is currently in closed beta. The Service is provided “as is” for testing and feedback purposes. You may encounter bugs, limited functionality, and changes without notice. We appreciate your participation and patience.

Combifi's services are provided "as is". Combifi makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Combifi be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Combifi's application, even if Combifi has been notified of the possibility of such damage. In no event will we or our owner, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. The contrary contained herein notwithstanding, in no event shall Combifi's liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the application. If any, by you to Combifi in the last 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability or RM 30, whichever is lower.

5. User Data and Privacy

We collect basic data to provide the Service, including:

  • Expense and income records you input.
  • Images of e-wallets or bank accounts you provide to help with group payments.
  • Feedback you share during testing.

6. Splitting and User Interactions

Combifi enables users to split group expenses and view shared records. You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of payment information you provide.
  • The legality and fairness of any payment requests or splits made using the Service. We do not mediate disputes between users.

7. Intellectual Property

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the all source code, database, functionality, software, audio, video, text, photograph, graphics website, and application (collectively, the "Content"). as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").

Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Malaysia and foreign countries (and various intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws).

All content, features, and code in Combifi belong to us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for personal use during the beta.

8. Revisions

Combifi may revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using this application, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Use.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
